How the 10 days run
Weekend by weekend
Every weekend follows the studio rhythm: teach → build → critique. You work on a real project throughout — yours or a live brief — so learning compounds instead of evaporating.
Weekend 1 · The autopsy
Group teardown of every participant's current portfolio — kind, surgical, unforgettable. Choose the two projects worth rebuilding.
Weekend 2 · Structure & evidence
Rebuild case study one: framing, evidence, the decisions that show judgement; editorial critique in pairs.
Weekend 3 · Second case & craft
Rebuild case study two; visual presentation, writing quality, and the 90-second scan test on real hiring managers' rubrics.
Weekend 4 · First jury
Full mock jury before practising design leads — recorded, rubric-scored, debriefed 1:1.
Weekend 5 · Second jury
Iterate and defend again; measure the delta. Close with offer-stage strategy and negotiation for the Indian market.
